| 1. | Q. How long does my dress take to arrive? A. Because each dress is ordered individually the manufacturers recommend approx. 16 weeks delivery, so an early visit is highly recommended. |
| 2. | Q. Which dress style will suit me? A. We are totally dedicated to being 100% honest, we will tell you if your bum looks big in the dress. Our reputation depends on you looking fabulous. |
| 3. | Q. Do you sell off the peg? A. We order all our gowns individually. However we sell at a reduced price our sample stock. Please call for up to the minute details. |
| 4. | Q. How do I pay? A. A 50% deposit is required to order your wedding dress, the balance can be paid in instalments or cleared within 7 days of your dress arriving. |
| 5. | Q Can my dress be altered? A. We have seamstresses who will complete your fitting service. She will discuss the costs individually. |
| 6. | Q. Do I need an appointment? A. We advise an early appointment as we are an extremely busy shop, however, you are welcome to come and browse at anytime. |
| 7. | Q. What are your opening hours? A. 9.30am till 5.00pm; closed Wednesdays and Sundays, Bank Holidays, Easter and Xmas. |
